Whether or not you have been practicing Yoga before your pregnancy — it's always a great idea to start. The classes are designed to the special needs and will make you feel better, prepare you for the challenges your labor may bring and will also help you connect with your baby, your body and your breath.
Yoga helps you to strengthen your muscles and focus on your mind. All exercises can be modified to your personal level.
Please do check with your care provider before we get started for postnatal classes. It is recommended to wait 6-8 weeks (depending on your labor) and give your body the time to accommodate the changes.
